"Quality over quantity", "Feel the difference"
I strongly believe that everyone and every 'body' can benefit from Pilates.
It is excellent for rehabilitation and recovery from injury and for posture, toning, strengthening, and stretching.
Pilates works with resistance offered from springs on the equipment and from ones own body.
Pilates mat work is the most famous type of Pilates workout but it is not the only one - work on the equipment is the most beneficial and gets the fastest results.
It is the way Pilates was meant to be studied.

Romana's Pilates Level V
After graduating in 2013 with a BA in Economics and Japanese, Kimmy pursued a career in marketing development, working in industry for 5 years.
She was looking for exercise to improve her posture, and it was for the first time she tried classical Pilates. After a short time, Kimmy was impressed with the benefits of Pilates on her body.
"I felt the benefits from the very first session and quickly started seeing the benefits on the pitch with improved strength, flexibility and coordination".
After two years as a client, Kimmy decided she wanted to learn more about the Classical Pilates method and began her apprenticeship. In 2018, Kimmy began the Romana's Pilates International Teachers Training Program (IITP) at Cynthia Lochard's Pilates Method Studio in Sydney.
In 2019, she completed her apprenticeship with Romana's Pilates.
After being certified with Romana's Pilates Level 5, she joined gabipilates in Seoul, Korea. Kimmy had met many clients with open hearts and fantastic flow.
After 5 years of teaching experience in Korea, she moved to Copenhagen, Denmark in 2023 and is looking forward to meeting clients and sharing the Pilates method in Copenhagen.
